Something I love about Tumblr:
I woke up in a grumpy mood this morning… (it’s been a holiday week here in NY, what with Passover and Easter and such, and I’ve been cooped up inside working alllll week long. Today is a day many people get off of work, or at least get done early. Not me.) I was having a pity party… feeling very sorry for myself.
I jumped on tumblr (which though I haven’t posted in, hah, a year and a half, I’m still a regular reader - what? I like living vicariously through others) and remembered that there is a world full of other people out there besides me. People with more important things in their lives! Having babies! Going places! Doing things!
And it made me stop thinking about myself.
