New York was closed yesterday, but we braved the storm for a classic NY brunch at the Popover Cafe! Super-cute, super-cozy, just what we needed on a blustery, wintery day!

I, of course, didn’t eat them due to my celiac’s, but watching my friends eat them was impressive. I had never seen a popover before. They’re fascinating, huge, hollow, and apparently really good with strawberry butter.
