This is called “Shoe Pile”
It is made up of the shoes I wear throughout the week and am too lazy to put away in their distinctive compartments…
Basically what happens is, I put all of my shoes away on the weekends and then take them out to wear as the week goes on and just pile them up in a corner of my room…
With this mixed warm/cold weather we’re having, I’ve had lots of inconsistency… Also lots of mornings where I’ll walk outside in one thing, realize it’s too cold, then run back inside to change, thus haphazardly throwing shoes to the pile…
Ah NY weather… why do you like to mess with me so?
